Final hands-on meeting of Openswarm in Erlangen

Truly impressive what Openswarm in 40 months of hard work! On April 23-24, the consrtium gathered in Erlangen Siemens for the final meeting, where all the proof-of-concepts were presented. I presented our contribution to a PoC owned by Siemens, a great application of RF-Zero-Wire technology developed by IDLab-Antwerp and KU Leuven. We designed an ultra-low-power and low-latency solution for detection of crowded situations on an industrial site. We are also submitting the results of our work to a major telecommunications conference, stay tuned!
